About
My Story & How I WorkMy Process
Every project brings with it unique challenges, but no matter the situation, some semblance of a process is key. That’s why I like to follow these three steps when approaching my work. Each phase can be beefed up or pared down to meet the project’s needs, and it allows for collaboration and total transparency. Ready to test it out? Let’s talk!
Discovery
Determine the project’s primary objectives and KPIs, outline the scope, and create the project brief.
Information Architecture
Identify user flows, create a content direction plan, and determine project taxonomy.
Execution & Evaluation
Execute proposed services, deliver the end product(s), and evaluate data for future improvement.
My Story
After spending the first 2 years of my career as a print publication designer, I noticed an opportunity for improvement and wanted to challenge myself to become more comfortable in another area of the industry – web design and development. I enrolled in Udacity’s Front End Nanodegree program in 2016 and quickly began transitioning into a more web-heavy role. After leading several internal initiatives to improve processes and collaborating with the design and development teams for a few years, I moved into a position of management as Graphcom’s Digital Services Director. In April of 2022 I took my passion for web design and process development across the country to Denver, CO to begin the next leg of my career at Digible, a marketing and technology startup.
